Cancellations:

Guests are advised to take out travel insurance.

All cancellations must be made by phone on 01623 725 191

and confirmed in writing to Paula Mogford , Loxley House, 2 Oakwood Court, Annesley, Nottingham, NG15 0DR.

Cancellations made between booking and four weeks before the tour will be refunded 50% of the cost of the tour.

Cancellations made within four weeks of departure will be charged the full cost of the tour. However, if cancelled places are resold, a full refund will be made.
