'I hope you are well, just a quick note to say thank you for this year’s Le Mans event.  All my customers thoroughly enjoyed the event and went home very happy.

 

On a personal note I would also like to say thank you to everybody behind the scenes who made the event as good as last year, it made my job as dealer host much easier.

 

Please pass on my thanks to the rest of the events team when they return.'

'Having just taken part in the Stratstone Le Mans Experience for the first time I want to express my appreciation to the whole team in doing such a great job.

 

Everything was provided, and more, that made for a memorable weekend - I was sorry to leave in some ways. The key to its success was the way the team all worked together in providing round the clock service with a smile (they must have been shattered! but it didn't show).  

 

I hope it lived up to your expectations but it certainly did mine, and beyond.

 

The race itself was a fantastic experience, though I even joked to somebody that even if you took away the race the trip was worthwhile for everything else - the location, the people, the drive down and back, and the whole event experience.'

 

'I hope you all got back unscathed from France and that you have managed a bit of rest by now. Jo and I just wanted to thank you again for making the whole Le Mans experience perfect in every detail (I don’t think even you could have fixed our dodgy Sat-Nav J). Right from the off you put us at ease in a situation where we felt a bit overwhelmed and helped to relax and enjoy the weekend, meeting some fantastic people in the process. I was genuinely proud for you at how well your team managed the weekend and delighted to hear from people outside the group, without them knowing I also worked with you all that they too were in awe of all the hard work you put in. I would love you to pass on to the team that they were brilliant!!'

'I appreciate the public have a greater appetite to complain than praise in general, however, I do think it is appropriate in this instance to congratulate you on the recent event.

 

I thought the planning was excellent (I loved the idea of the Paracetamol in my goodie bag!), but in particular I was impressed with the performance of all staff involved. The staff who are currently on their sandwich year as part of their degree courses were exceedingly attentive, very mature for their age and worthy of praise.

 

Everyone did an excellent job and got stuck in with collecting plates etc. and doing other less glamorous jobs and certainly proved their role was based on merit not nepotism. 

 

'However, the person I wish to single out for special praise was "Lindy". Whilst other staff impressed, she stood out as someone who was always attentive, warm and friendly. She was always keen to clear away our empty plates (yes, the food was great too) and I think she was a great ambassador for your organisation.'
